We all know eating processed foods causes inflammation in the body. At Retreat Buzz, we not only offer healthy & delicious meals at our events, but we also share conversations and ideas that may help improve your health conditions!
We Move Naturally
Embracing natural movement, such as walking, easy to moderate hiking, yoga, stretching, etc. strengthens muscles, boosts cardiovascular health, and improves overall well-being.
We know movement increases oxygenation at a cellular level, reducing stress and enhancing cognitive function. Basically, you feel better after you move at least 20 minutes/day. Additionally, getting out fosters social connections, which too promotes overall well-being and energy levels.

We Disconnect to Connect, such as by sitting around a campfire! Besides hiking, glamping is another way to enjoy nature with a luxury twist. Sleep deeply on a custom-designed mattress with luxury linens in a safari-style canvas tent.
